背景介绍

发展中国家技术培训班是科技部科技援外工作的重要组成部分。为推动“一带一路”沿线国家在丝绸行业的合作，传播我国纺织文化和丝绸文化，弘扬丝绸之路友好合作精神，浙江理工大学于将于2017年再次举办“现代丝绸产品加工与创新设计技术国际培训班”。

培训方式和内容

培训主要包括课堂授课、实践操作和现场调研三部分。主要从中国家蚕品种及优质蚕种培育技术、丝纤维制备与加工技术、丝绸产品设计、丝绸织造技术、丝绸染整技术等方面进行课程讲授及培训，同时涵盖参观调研国内知名丝绸企业及全国性的丝绸专业博物馆。

培训时间：2017年10月12日---10月26日（共15天）

培训语言：英语

培训地点：浙江杭州

拟招学员国别：面向东南亚、中亚及其它发展中国家

招生范围：纺织丝绸行业的科技人员、企业管理人员、相关政府官员和相关国际组织官员

费用安排

学员来华旅费自理，在华培训期间食宿费、培训费及培训期间交通费由组织单位承担，提供接送机服务，同时给予每人每天80元人民币生活费补贴。

Workshop Specification

This workshop is a part of the International Training Program funded by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), P.R. China, which will be held on Oct. 12-Oct.26, 2017 in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU). The workshop aims to promote the further development of silk industry in the developing countries.

The workshop will implement a series of modular training courses to enable the participants to be better engaged in the silk design, technological innovation, quality control and management, as well as providing the opportunity for the participants to learn from each other.

Eligibility:Textile & silk technicians, enterprise managers, and relevant government & organization officials with a bachelor degree or above, without communication difficulty in English medium
